There’s something about a Fourth of July celebration in Jackson Hole that is unlike any other you’ve seen before. Surrounded by towering mountains and bright blue skies that turn to twinkling blankets of stars, it feels as though time has stood still for this majestic area of Western Wyoming. However, a Fourth of July in Jackson Hole is more than just a great backdrop. It’s a mindset that can only be felt when experienced first-hand. It’s a celebration of America, the way it has been in years past – an appreciation of friends, family, community and country – all in what we believe to be the most beautiful place on earth. While firework displays will be limited this year due to a fire ban, there is still plenty to do to celebrate our nation’s independence, beginning with a pancake breakfast on Town Square, followed by a parade around town, live music in the afternoon at Music in the Hole and capped off with the Jackson Hole Rodeo at night.
